The bible says in Proverb 8:34; blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my door.
  Today; may God load you with your daily benefit. Psalm 68:19 and may your day be filled wit joy and gladness.

Matthew 16:24-26 Anyone who want to be like Jesus or follow Jesus must deny himself. Denying your self is denying your lustful desire and aslso denying the world and its system. For instance many will want to lie to make money or make sales, if you want to be a true follower of Jesus you must shun lies.
